With roots in Cameroon and wings that have soared through global boardrooms, universities, grassroots communities, and sacred digital spaces, she is a living embodiment of purpose-driven reinvention. A TEDx speaker known for her talk "Shit Happens, Clean it Up and Move On," she embodies the philosophy of radical accountability and limitless reinvention. As the former Convenor of the World Diversity Leadership Summit EU and the European Diversity, Inclusion and Business Congress (2009-2013), Ankwetta has given over 90 keynotes and lectures worldwide, hosted world leaders, earning 18 international awards and recognitions from governments, institutions, and corporations. Victoria Nguisse Weiss is a bold entrepreneur, investment consultant, and reinvention strategist, passionate about business development, efficiency, and transformation. Her journey is a testament to the power of stepping into the unknown, embracing change, and creating new opportunities from uncertainty. With a background in administrative assistance and project management, Victoria trained with the Vienna City Council, working across three departments, including MA 35 - Municipal Department for Immigration and Citizenship, where she specialized in document verification, customer communication, and staff training. After four years in the public sector, she transitioned into the private sphere as a virtual assistant, supporting freelancers, coaches, and businesses in optimizing their operations. In 2024, she took a bold leap, leaving a secure job for a nine-month self-discovery sabbatical in São Tomé and Príncipe. What started as an exploration turned into a life-changing decision- to reinvent herself and settle in São Tomé. Her expertise include marketing, social media, business structuring, market research, and negotiations etc. Fluent in German and English, and currently learning Portuguese, Nguisse is a natural communicator and problem-solver.
