With roots in Cameroon and wings that have soared through global boardrooms, universities, grassroots communities, and sacred digital spaces, she is a living embodiment of purpose-driven reinvention. A TEDx speaker known for her talk "Shit Happens, Clean it Up and Move On," she embodies the philosophy of radical accountability and limitless reinvention. As the former Convenor of the World Diversity Leadership Summit EU and the European Diversity, Inclusion and Business Congress (2009-2013), Ankwetta has given over 90 keynotes and lectures worldwide, hosted world leaders, earning 18 international awards and recognitions from governments, institutions, and corporations. Her work has been featured in 80+ media outlets and academia, including four international documentaries and films.
She is the founder of GloBUNTU Books—home to over 48 published works, 19 of which are read in over 2500 South African schools—and the visionary behind the GloBUNTU Mindset Shift, a framework for personal transformation rooted in Ubuntu, African wisdom, self-healing, and authentic leadership.Now based in Sao Tome and Principe after a decade-long journey of homecoming, Ankwetta is marking 10 years since her return to Africa and to HERSELF with this revolutionary campaign: Home Is Power.
